Refunds and Returns.

www.chronograph-divers-watches.com will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not refund you if you changed your mind. For fair business practice, we cannot pass on your used or opened item to next customer. www.chronograph-divers-watches.com does not sell used, re-furbished, tampered items. You have 3 business days to report your DOA item for a refund or credit to be approved. Returns without our issued RA# number cannot be received.

Cancellation of Orders.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed, we reserve the exclusive right to charge you a re-stocking and admin fee. For orders under US$100.00 , we will charge US$25.00 and for orders above US$100.00 we will charge US$50.00. This fee is waived if it presents stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately.
